Our company is licensed, bonded and insured in Maryland (MHIC 129026), Virginia (2705189765) and Washington DC (420214000157). All jobs will be performed in compliance with industry standards. In addition, Long Creek Construction provides a five-year warranty on labor to the original purchaser at no additional cost. Materials are guaranteed against defects per the manufacturer’s specification. We will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have as well as the terms and conditions on those products you choose.

Our management team has the combined experience of 25 years installing windows and doors, 22 years building decks and fences, 10 years doing hardscape, (ex. patios), 8 years in the new home building industry, and 10 years building sunrooms and additions.
